These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the kaleemco website. By browsing this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

"We", "us" and "kaleemco" refer to kaleemco, an independent product studio. "You" refers to anyone accessing the site.

This site is informational. It describes the studio, the way we work and the projects we have shipped. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to take on work.

Availability notices, timelines and process descriptions are indicative and can change without notice.

If we end up working together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or contract signed by both sides — covering scope, price, timeline, ownership and confidentiality.

Where these website terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement wins for everything relating to that project.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror or republish the site in a way that misrepresents it as your own.

Descriptions of past work explain what was built and how. They are not a promise that the same approach will produce the same outcome for you — every product, market and team is different.
