Privacy Policy

This site is a brochure, not a product. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form and no database. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information with anyone.

The only personal information kaleemco holds about you is whatever you choose to put in an email to us. Everything below simply spells that out.

There are only two ways information about you reaches us:

• What you send us — your name, email address, company and anything else you include when you write to hello@kaleemco.com.
• Standard server logs — our hosting provider records ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the site and defend it against abuse. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

We use what you send us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and have a conversation about the work.
• Scope, quote and — if we go ahead — deliver the project.
• Keep a record of what was agreed for as long as it is commercially or legally relevant.

We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, we do not sell or rent contact details, and we do not run behavioural advertising or third-party trackers on this site.

If that ever changes — for example if we add analytics or a newsletter — this page will be updated before the change goes live, and anything requiring consent will ask for it.

Email is stored with our email provider. The site is served by a cloud hosting provider. Both are established vendors with their own privacy commitments, and both may process data outside your country of residence.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Correspondence that did not lead to a project is kept only as long as it is useful, and deleted on request. Records tied to work we actually delivered are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, tax and accounting purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email hello@kaleemco.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and there is no charge for a straightforward request.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site or the business changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page is revised. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
